Healthy Integrity offers a Fitness Workshop, where there will be an introduction to fitness nutrition information for the benefit of overall health.

The program includes cardiorespiratory, strengthening, flexibility, and balance exercises.

It is recommended to bring your own mat, towel, and wear comfortable sports clothing.

Strength training benefits:
