Healthy Integrity offers a Therapeutic Exercise Workshop, where there will be an introduction to the line of gravity of the body, mobility and flexibility exercises for the different parts of the body, deep breathing exercises, body alignment and postural hygiene relating to different positions, and proper weightlifting technique.
It is recommended to bring your own mat, towel, and wear comfortable sports clothing.
Knowing and practicing a type of exercise that is careful with oneself is very helpful as well as recreational.
