Healthy Integrity offers a practical Therapeutic Martial Training Workshop, where there will be an introduction to meditation postures, the center and line of gravity of the body, self-defense techniques that cover different aspects of a martial training, and exercises coordinating breathing with movement.
The martial training that we propose promotes deeper breathing, which is vital to ensure that the oxygen flows easily through the body, encouraging healing and growth in the process.
